TOWANDA — From The Daily Review The commissioners also promoted 911 dispatcher Stacy Cotter to assistant 911 coordinator for Bradford County.
Assistant 911 coordinator
Cotter had worked for five years as dispatcher for the Bradford County 911 center before being promoted Thursday to assistant 911 coordinator for Bradford County, said Robert Repasky, Bradford County 911 director.
She has been an “exemplary employee” while working as a dispatcher, Repasky said.
Cotter has also been working as an emergency medical technician for Memorial Hospital, Greater Valley EMS and Ulster EMS.
One of Cotter’s duties as assistant 911 coordinator will be to supervise the county’s 911 dispatchers, Repasky said.
The assistant 911 coordinator position has been vacant for about a year, ever since Repasky was promoted from that position to county 911 director.

A big congratulations on behalf of myself and Department 24. I'm glad to see it happen for 2 reasons. Reason #1 is you deserve it because you are a great dispatcher!! Reason #2 is that now the sh$t magnet will be going to the day shift so some of us can get some sleep for once!! Congrats again Stacy!!
