I'm glad that you are such an EXPERT Dispatcher and so full of knowledge!! Maybe this information will be available for my funeral, since its already been a few months? The people of this county pay for a service and its only fair that they can see how you MEASURE up agianst similar services and see what you are doing to improve the service that you provide. Its all simple bussiness practices.

I agree we need to do this but then again maybe we want your info! This is true, but I have observed people make personal attacks on here in the past and will not let those who stoop that low have their day with me. If people could be more mature about issues, I would be glad to let you know.

OK, so the tally reads: 6 people or 33% that voted think things are adequate or above average. 12 people or 66% of those who voted think some sort of improvement is needed. [glow=red,2,300]The people have spoken.[/glow] Thats 2:1 odds.

Every single one of use (EMS/FIRE/POLICE/EMA) hve room for improvement. Any of that think we do not is not looking around. We are always learning, technoly is always changing. What is it that the people spoke??? All I see is that they think we nave room for improvment. Maybe all chould spend a FEW shift at the center and see how it works. TO many think it is the easiest job out there.... I think anyone can SHOVE A NEEDLE in someone---does that mean it is a easy job and that you dont need improvement?
