no the Athens borough quint will not go in service for a little while. I've heard they are waiting for the factory trainer before they put it in service so they don't brake it.

The new Boro Truck 7 will hopefully go into service on May 12th! Trust us guys...when the call came in for the Bobs Honda fire and when our Engine 2 responed out of station 6 most of us that responded to staiton 1 had a 2 minute pause looking between which truck we wanted to get on and take! We ended up taking the old truck 7...hopefully that will be the last call it will be on! We've been saying that for awhile but i personally thing it may be. Even though we couldnt take the new one...we made out great with ole faithful... it truly is a great truck! Pictures and info are all over the media, we even made FireHouse! We'll make sure that Bradford County will know when we put it in service!
Todd, its a shame you wont get to see or play with the new rig in action...it truly has been a pleasure to have you in our "neck of the woods" You truly have provided your expertice and have shown your experience with us all in the valley area! Remember us, and always keep that pen the sidekick of mine gave you! You'll remember everyone one of us! Stay Safe....
