in a big area like troy we do, due to the fact that people are coming from every direction. in athens boro no, only the chiefs are aloud to unless its next to your house or you have to go through the scene to get to the station ;D

We have a policy that only chiefs and fire police respond to the scene of fire calls. If a member has to pass the scene they may stop. EMS calls are a different story at times, but we still try to not have too many cars on the scene. As for the highway, that's another story. Chiefs and fire police only, and it's prefered that fire police do not. If you are passing by the scene, you may not stop if there is already equipment there.
