What tools do you stage during a standard to complicated evolution without even considering what exact evolution you will complete? Generally we stage: Cutters/Spreaders Ram Recip Saws (we have 3, usually 2 are off ready to go) Chains and Binders Chain come-along Halagon Bar Mini-Axe How about you? P.S. - We ALWAYS crib too, its a discipline thing.

we set out the following:
salvage tarp to put tools on cutters and the speaders ram with different length of ram bars halagon bar extracation blanket chains with come along 4 milk crates full of cribbing to get started

That would be the Engine Company's Job. And just in case they aren't on scene we do carry an assortment of extinguishers that are deployed.

valley rescue doesnt have an engine company, so when we have an mva in athens boro we pull a 1" 3/4 line. now in troy we do the same when the engine arrives. until then we use a 20lb abc extinguisher

I guess I am spoiled because we have one on the front of the Rescue. You are right about one thing though, it does not get pulled near enough.
