I just can't pass this one up, those who think they never screw up should turn around and take a look behind them, yesterday, last week , last year ect ect I for one can say that we all make mistakes (past, present) it don't matter this is how we learn and get better at what we do, so lets not belittle each other it won't solve a thing the thing is we should get together and talk about what can we do to better things instead of pissing each other off, have a talk (with an open mind) not I know, or I can do that better, more like I have an idea maybe I can help. All I can say is I think everyone is doing a good job and yes I hear Bradford better then I hear Sullivan, just keep working at it, it will happen in time
Just my thoughts Chief 58

After spending the day in Mildred for a class, I can vouch for the Sullivan county guys that their simulcasting is far worse than what we have now in this county. I had no idea it was that bad. Both counties have people working on the problems, and although I know it's difficult for some to believe, it's not an easy task... But I'm glad the departments in both counties are able to overcome this temporary problem. The outcome will be worth the trouble.

Any news on simulcasting for Med 9? I know that some of the funding was given to the County from the EMS Council for this project under the previous EMS Council Exec. Director. It will be nice to be able to hear when we are going to Ridgebury and Windham, and should make things easier without the county having to deal with paging off multiple tower sites. Sounds like it is working well on the fire side at present... Will be a nice improvement once its all up and running!

Is the simulcasting on one frequency being done all at the same time from differant towers OR is it multiple frequencies?? ;D If so what are the frequencies?

One frequency, multiple towers, same time. The scanner frequencies aren't hard to find with a quick search on the internet.
