I would like to commend this afternoon 911 Dispatcher for their excellent work and asking a Ambulance "what their status was" after they were on the scene for quite sometime. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

Back in the old days, when I worked for the Village of Endicott, Bureau of Communications, it was standard practice to check on the ambulances after a period of time. Same for the police when on a call or car stop. Funny that I don't hear that often anymore. I would like to commend this afternoon 911 Dispatcher for their excellent work and asking a Ambulance "what their status was" after they were on the scene for quite sometime. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

I would like to add my thanks to the dispatchers who checked on us Tuesday morning (3/6/07). It was a 0300 hrs lifting assist that turned into a transport (and then a return transport) - and it was good to know someone was keeping track of us. You guys and gals are great! Keep it up!
