On behalf of the owners, administrators and our membership, we offer our condolences to Earl and his family during these trying and reflecting times. Please remember Earl that you are part of an extremely large family here in Bradford County and we all feel your loss and are here for you, as you have been for all of us.
On a personal note I am deeply saddened for the entire Ulster Fire Department. This has been a very tough few years for all the brothers and sisters of this company. However, knowing what an upstanding, close-kniit and dedicated group this department is, they will persevere and continue with their fine and exemplary tradition of being both good neighbors and friends that will always be there for each other, their friends, family and community.
Bless all of you and know that you are all in our hearts and prayers.
Timothy Flynn; Co-Owner Bradford County Fire
Fire Chief (Ret); Monroeton / Progress
